I’m the Executive Director of Free Geek Toronto, a social enterprise that advances digital inclusion and circular economy principles through technology reuse. Since 2017, I’ve grown the organization significantly — increasing revenue, diversifying our funding model, and building a team grounded in equity and empowerment. I lead with a coaching style that builds capacity from within, so people can own their work and the organization can grow beyond any one person.
